Scottish Housing Network Private Landlord Survey 2024

Scottish Housing Network are undertaking a survey of private landlords across Scotland to build sound intelligence on the private rented sector housing stock, the population profile of private tenants and the profile of landlords operating in the sector.

Completing this survey will assist local authorities across Scotland to understand private landlords views on recent developments in the private rented sector, the impact of the pandemic and their future intentions.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you may refuse to take part in the research or exit the survey at any time. Your answers will be completely anonymous and treated confidentially. They will not be used for any other purposes than those already indicated.

This survey is being distributed by all 32 local authorities across Scotland however you only need to complete it once. The survey will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.
