Landlord Registration

It is a legal requirement to register with your local authority as a Landlord. To assist you through the process please follow the Landlord Registration link, which will allow you to complete, online, the necessary application form. If you would like more specific details of Landlord Registration for your own area please click on the relevant Council’s Logo. When using Bowman Rebecchi Letting as your Agent you will also be requested to give our Letting Agent Registration Number which is pending.

The Fees for registering for 3 years are normally £66 to register as a Landlord and £15 for each property in every area you own property. There are also discounts for multiple areas
