Andrew Bowman
Director
Bio
Andrew is a Director of Bowman Rebecchi's Commercial and Letting agencies as well as running his consultancy business, ARB Growth.
Andrew started his career in Glasgow at Zurich Insurance and grew to a strategic leadership role, supporting its public sector arm, Zurich Municipal in London before leaving the private sector to join public sector regeneration charity, Riverside Inverclyde for three years.
Andrew is the co-founder of the social enterprise Creative Inverclyde and a Trustee of Inverclyde Community Fund. He is a former Director of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) West region.
Andrew lives in Greenock with his wife and two children.

Marco Rebecchi

Bio
Marco Rebecchi established Rebecchi Architectural Services in 2013 and has grown to be one of the most exciting architectural design practices in Scotland, delivering fresh, innovative and engaging designs.
The business offers a full or partial design service, specialising in domestic projects but including commercial and industrial properties across the west of Scotland.
Marco started his career at renowned Greenock architectural firm, Canata and Seggie and spent over twenty years with the firm before setting up his own agency.
In 2019, Marco launched Bowman Rebecchi alongside Andrew Bowman, which has grown in popularity and is the leading commercial property agency in Inverclyde.
Bowman Rebeccchi Letting was launched in 2020 as a joint venture with Newton Letting owner, Riccardo Giovanacci.

Riccardo Giovanacci
Director
Bio
Riccardo Giovanacci acquired Newton Lettings, the lettings arm of his family’s long-established business, Newton Property Management, which continues to trade successfully, in 2019.
A property professional, Mr Giovanacci started his career with Newton Property Management in 2004 before holding senior positions in an estate agency in London and Glasgow before returning to Newton and acquiring the lettings business.
Mr Giovanacci’s grandfather, William O’Neill, had worked in the industry since the 1950s, running one of Glasgow’s first estate agents in the city’s West End.
