A fantastic and rare opportunity has become available to join one of Glasgow's leading independent Letting Agencies, Newton Letting.

This opportunity, based within Bowman Rebecchi's sister firm, is mainly based out of the office - either showing candidates around a property or carrying out routine inspections.

The role will suit someone who has excellent communication skills and is routinely moving around several properties day-to-day.

You will also need a keen eye for detail when inspecting properties, and be able to liaise with staff and members of the team.

Key Duties include:

  • Viewing Properties
  • Routine Inspections
  • Arranging Viewings
  • General Administrative roles such as answering calls
  • Liaising with the team on updates for Viewings & Inspections

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a viewing representative and/or inspector but applicants from other sectors will also be considered.

The successful applicant must hold a Full UK Drivers License and a 'pool' car will be provided.

You will also have access to our letting system and use of the company mobile phone.

The Newton Letting office is based at Elderslie Street in Glasgow and a typical day will include travelling in and around Glasgow or potentially further.
